Job Specifics

Duties Description We are seeking a dynamic intern to design and deliver an engaging in-person workshop tailored to our agency's goals and audience needs. Interns will receive a combination of structured training, on-the-job training, and/or practical job performance to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to complete the internship project. Intern will collaborate with EDGE staff to design and deliver a training/workshop from concept to completion using the ADDIE Instructional Design Method. This will include topic research, identifying learning objectives, preparing a slide deck and other course materials, and delivering their training live, in-person to DOL employees.

After workshop completion the intern will collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop via survey, making improvements as necessary for future sessions.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a student currently enrolled in upcoming/current college courses.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Public speaking or presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and work independently.
